Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Material Timer app (the "Application") for mobile devices, created by pavluu (the "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is intended for use "as is".

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address)
• The pages of the Application you visit, and the time and date of your visit
• The time spent on the Application
• The operating system on your mobile device

The Application does not gather precise information about your mobile device's location, and does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data or provide its features.

The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time with important notices and marketing promotions, and may ask for certain personally identifiable information to improve your experience. Any such information is retained and used as described in this policy.

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties as described here, and may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
• When disclosure is believed in good faith to be necessary to protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• With trusted service providers who act on the Service Provider's behalf, have no independent use of the disclosed information, and agree to this policy's terms.

You can stop all collection of information by the Application at any time, simply by uninstalling it. Use the standard uninstall process available on your device or through the relevant app marketplace.

The Service Provider retains User Provided data for as long as you use the Application, and for a reasonable time thereafter. To request deletion of data you've provided, contact jakub@pavluu.cz - they will respond within a reasonable time.

The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 13, and does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Children are encouraged to never submit personally identifiable information through the Application, and parents or guardians are encouraged to monitor and help enforce this.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to the Service Provider, please contact jakub@pavluu.cz so appropriate action can be taken. You must be at least 16 years of age to consent to processing of your personal information in your country (in some countries a parent or guardian may consent on your behalf).

The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information, and provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the information it processes and maintains.

This policy may be updated from time to time, for any reason. Changes will be posted on this page, so please check back regularly - continued use of the Application after any change is deemed acceptance of that change. This policy is effective as of 2026-03-02.

By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as described in this policy, now and as amended.
